My precious Sara Abbett celebrated her 8th birthday on August 30th. The whole weekend was a blur of birthday parties for her and her sweet friends. On Friday night she spent the night with her friend Kate to celebrate Kate's birthday. They all went to the REL football game where the mini cheerleaders performed at half-time. They did a fabulous job but since it was threatening rain I did not take my camera. Bad mom! I picked her up on Saturday morning and headed to Florence for her friend Lauren E.'s party at Claire's in the mall. The girls all got makeovers and a gift card to spend in the store then had lunch and cake in the food court. Again, no camera! Sunday after church my mom took her to yet another birthday party in Sumter at Chuck E Cheese for her pal Kaley. We finished the weekend with a little gathering of family and a couple of friends at our house to celebrate my girl. It was a busy but fun filled weekend. Happy Belated Birthday to you my sweet Rabbie girl. I love you more with every day. Life is good.
